Our Product Guarantee

If you are not fully satisfied with our products purchased from www.sunleafnaturals.com, you can return them, if within, 30 days from the date of purchase and we will give you a 100% refund (less shipping and handling charges).

Note: SunLeaf Naturals can accept a return/refund on any product purchased directly from the SunLeaf Naturals either from its Online Store, phone or mail. Please call us at 1.952.443.2300 and we will be happy to help either exchange the product, or give you a refund. See Returns and Refunds for more details

 

Order Processing

Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are canceled for various reasons such as a product being unavailable or invalid payment information. If your order is canceled, you will be contacted by a SunLeaf Naturals representative via e-mail explaining the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any canceled items — and any amount that might have been charged to your credit card will be promptly refunded.

 

Out of Stock Items

We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause. If your item is out of stock we will contact you to discuss how you would like the order handled. In most cases, SunLeaf Naturals does not back order.

 

Sales Tax

All orders shipped to Minnesota addresses will be subject to sales tax in accordance with State law. Orders shipped elsewhere will not be charged sales tax. Please note that your state and/or municipal government may require you to declare mail order purchases and pay sales tax on them directly.

SunLeaf Naturals offers three convenient ways to purchase products; our online store, by phone or, by mail. All transactions are in US Dollars. Please see option details below:

  • Online Store – The SunLeaf Checkout accepts Visa, MasterCard, and Discover as payment options. All payment information entered through this web site is done so through a secure server with SSL encryption and certification.

    Please Note: Your credit card statement will reflect charges to; Sunleaf Naturals LLC, on any purchase made through our online store.

  • Order by Phone – You may also use your MasterCard, Visa, or Discover when you place your order by phone: 952-443-2300.

  • Order by Mail – If you wish to pay by check, please email us first with your order at orders@sunleafnaturals.com. We will provide you with an order amount that includes shipping and handling. Please know that with a payment by check, your purchase will not be shipped until your check has cleared our bank.

 

Shipping and Handling

Online Store – Shipping & Delivery

FREE shipping applies to orders of $50.00 or more to addresses within the contiguous United States. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii may incur additional processing & handling fees. A SunLeaf Customer Care representative will contact you with the additional shipping charges as they apply.

For orders totaling less than $50.00, we offer shipping via USPS Priority Mail at actual market rates based on your ship-to address. We have aggressively worked to provide the most cost effective shipping rates for our customers using our online store.

For military orders we are happy to ship to APO/FPO addresses through the U.S. Mail.

SunLeaf Naturals will ship to PO Box addresses in the U.S. only. We will also gladly ship your order to a daytime work address, a friend’s address or any other daytime address you choose.

There is no delivery cost for shipping SunLeaf Naturals Gift Certificate, regardless of their value.

Monday – Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Processing Times
All online and phone orders will be shipped within two business days from placing your order. Orders sent by mail will be processed within two business days of cleared funds. We do make every effort to ship orders the same day placed, or the next business day. Please allow extra shipping time for holidays, especially November and December. If an item is out-of-stock or if there are any other unforeseen delays, you will be contacted and given the option of substituting your selections, or to put your order on backorder status.

Delivery Times
SunLeaf Naturals orders are generally delivered within 3-5 business days from time of order. Delivery times may vary during the holiday season.

It is your responsibility to inspect and verify the accuracy and condition of your order upon receipt. All claims of shortages or damage must be made within 48 hours of delivery or you will be deemed to have unconditionally accepted the shipment as a whole. Shipments reported lost or damaged will be replaced after verifying same with carrier.

Wholesale Account – UPS Delivery map
SunLeaf Naturals has partnered with UPS and we use their services exclusively for our Wholesale Accounts to provide you with the best possible shipping experience. UPS offers more detailed tracking information for your order. See the map below for the number of business days in transit for UPS ground packages shipped within the 50 states.

Other important shipping information
Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories MUST ship UPS 2nd Day Air or USPS Priority Mail only. A SunLeaf Customer Care Reprehensive will contact you with the additional shipping charges as they apply.

Shipping Adjustments
Customers will be responsible for all additional fees charged by UPS or USPS for adjustments made to shipping information. Changes such as address corrections buzz code adjustments, postal/zip code changes, etc. will be charged at $15 USD per adjustment. These charges will be billed separately, and up to 30 days after your order is shipped.

 

Return and Refund Policy

We offer 100% guarantee on all of our products. If you are not happy with your SunLeaf Naturals purchase please return the unused product, within 7 days from the date of purchase, (postage paid by customer) with a note stating why you are returning it and we will happily refund your money, or provide a substitution, less shipping and handling. Please remember our soaps are handcrafted, so they are nicely shaped, but they are each one of a kind and not perfect. Refused orders are subject to all shipping charges.

What if I cannot find a particular essential oil scent or product type in your online Shopping Cart?

Shipping

When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed Monday thru Friday are usually packaged and shipped within 2 business days. Please note during periods of high volume, it may take longer.

When will my order be delivered?
Once processed and shipped, orders are shipped via UPS or USPS Priority Mail. Both UPS and USPS generally guarantee delivery within five business days to most U.S. locations; they often arrive sooner than that through out most of the US.

Can I ship to an address that's different from my billing address?
When you purchase your SunLeaf Naturals items through the online store, at check out, you are able to enter separate shipping addresses directly into the SunLeaf Checkout cart.

Do you ship outside the United States?
No, not at this time.

Do you ship to Post Office Boxes?
Yes, we do ship to Post Office boxes.

Is it possible to change my order after it's been placed?
Once an order is placed, it gets processed by the next business day. If you place an order and would like to make a change or cancel within the same business day, this may be possible if the order has not been shipped. These requests are handled by accessing the Order Receipt emailed to you from Google Checkout with the subject line titled “Order receipt from SunLeaf Naturals, LLC” click the link, log into your account and make your change. Or please call our Customer Care Representative at 1.952.443.2300.

Returns

How do I return a product that I purchased on-line?
It's easy to return an item for an exchange or refund within 7 days from date of purchase. We’ll credit the value of the item and any taxes you were charged, shipping charges are non-refundable. Indicate the reason for your return on the back of your packing slip. Please repack your order, enclose the packing slip, secure the package and mail to:
