At Sunleaf Naturals, we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. This Product Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning, exchanging, or receiving refunds for Sunleaf Naturals products.
A. Returns Within 30 Days
- Customers may return Currently Marketable products within 30 days of purchase for:
- A 100% refund of the purchase price (plus applicable taxes, if prepaid), excluding shipping costs.
B. Returns After 30 Days and Up to 90 Days
- From 31 days to 90 days after purchase, customers may return Currently Marketable products for:
- A Product Credit of 100%, or
- A refund of 90% of the purchase price (plus applicable taxes, if prepaid), excluding shipping costs.
C. Returns After 90 Days and Up to One Year
- From 91 days to 12 months after purchase, customers may return Currently Marketable products for:
- A Product Credit of 90%, or
- A refund of 90% of the purchase price (plus applicable taxes, if prepaid), excluding shipping costs.
Note: This excludes limited-time offers, discontinued items, and expired products.
D. Definition of Currently Marketable
Products are considered Currently Marketable if they meet the following criteria:
- The product is unopened and unused.
- The packaging and labeling remain intact and undamaged.
- The product is in a condition allowing it to be sold at full price.
- The expiration date has not passed.
- The product contains current Sunleaf Naturals branding and labeling.
Products identified as seasonal, discontinued, limited-time offers, or special promotions at the time of purchase are not considered Currently Marketable.
E. Return of Damaged or Incorrectly Sent Products
- Customers may return products received in a damaged condition or products sent in error within 15 days of receipt.
- Sunleaf Naturals will replace such products whenever possible. If a replacement is not feasible, a credit for the value of the returned product will be issued.
F. Return Procedure
To return a product, please follow these steps:
- Obtain prior approval by contacting Sunleaf Naturals at support@sunleafnaturals.com.
- Provide the original order number for verification.
- Follow the return instructions provided by our support team, including the designated return address:

Note: Unauthorized returns will not qualify for a refund or credit and will be returned to the sender at their expense.
G. Refund Alternatives
Refunds may be issued in the form of:
- Product Credit,
- Bank transfer,
- Original payment method (e.g., credit card chargeback), or
- Other refund methods as determined by Sunleaf Naturals based on the local market.
Refunds will only be issued to the original payor.
H. Kit Returns
Products purchased as part of a kit or package must be returned as the entire kit.
I. Company’s Right to Recoup Bonuses
If a return results in the reversal of an associated bonus or incentive, Sunleaf Naturals reserves the right to recover the bonus amount from future payments or directly from the individual.
J. Personalized Products
Personalized products or items with customized labeling are not eligible for return, except in cases of manufacturing defects or printing errors. These items must be returned within 30 days.
K. Credit Card Chargebacks
Customers are encouraged to resolve refund requests directly with Sunleaf Naturals under this policy rather than initiating a credit card chargeback.
